Why should I take the ambassador program training?

To enjoy The Stoke to the maximum!

The two hour session will provide you with foundational Revelstoke knowledge and enhance your customer service skills and give you access to amazing benefits.

For those working in a tourism role, this training will give you more confidence while assisting visitors and answering their questions about your town.

How do I access The REvelstoke Ambassador PAss and benefits?

To obtain your benefit card, you must submit the following documents to ambassador@revelstokechamber.com:

• Proof of employment form

• Your two course completion certificates (you will be able to download them upon completion.)

Once you are all done and emailed us, as an eligible participant*, we will contact you when your benefit card is ready for pick-up at the Revelstoke Visitor Information Centre. Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 16:00.

Note, you will need the benefit card to pick-up The Revelstoke Ambassador Pass at Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

*Eligible Participant, what does it mean?

1) You work in a tourism role in Revelstoke (accommodation, art, culture & entertainment, restaurant, sport and recreation, retail, gear and clothing store).

2) You completed the training as described on the main Ambassador page.

Not working in tourism? We can’t give you the benefits but everyone is invited to take the free program training. We are all involved in tourism in one way or another, whether that’s chatting to visitors at a trailhead or giving directions downtown. There is plenty of value in this program for everyone interested in all things Revelstoke, no matter where you work or how long you have been in town.

Present your RMR voucher and photo ID to redeem your pass
online or in person at RMR Guest Services or Redeem Online.
Non-transferable.

If you have already purchased a RMR Season Pass
at a higher price, present your voucher to RMR for your refund.
This MUST be submitted prior to December 15th 2023.
NO partial refunds will be issues after this date.

BENEFITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Be ready to show your ID along with the benefit card when redeeming. Without your benefit card, you will not receive your benefits. All offers are subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply.
