The two core modules will provide you with foundational Revelstoke knowledge, tips on how to share that knowledge with others, and gives you access to amazing benefits that can help you explore the town further.
For those working in customer-facing roles, the knowledge training can give you more confidence when assisting visitors with questions about Revelstoke, while the Customer Service course helps develop your service skills.
The additional Career Skills for Success: Powered by Okanagan College modules give you the opportunity to further your skills progression and bulk up your resume.

Revelstoke Ambassador Benefits Pass
You work for any Revelstoke-based business or volunteer on the board of any Revelstoke-based Non Profit Organization, and;
You have completed the two core courses in the Ambassador Program online training. (Summer Knowledge & Customer Service)
RMR BONUS DISCOUNTS - Additional Eligibility Requirements
RMR offers bonus discounts to participants who are in the Tourism Industry.
These are outlined in the RMR section of this page.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY INFO
If you are not employed in Revelstoke or work remotely for a business based out of town, we will not be able to give you the benefits.
However, everyone is invited to take the free core modules to learn more about Revelstoke.

Ambassador Benefits Pass
To obtain your Ambassador Program Benefit Pass - a handy booklet containing all your benefits - you must complete the training and submit a proof of employment form to ambassador@revelstokechamber.com, or bring it to us in person at the BVIC.Once submitted and we have confirmed your eligibility, your benefit card is ready for pick-up at the Revelstoke Business & Visitor Information Centre.
RMR Additional Perks
Any bonus perks for tourism workers from RMR can be picked up at the same time as you get your Benefit Pass, once we’ve confirmed you meet the additional requirements.
Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00.
