This tournament is a signature Chamber event designed to bring together local businesses, community leaders, and golf enthusiasts (or novices) for a day of networking, competition, and most importantly, fun!

12:00 PM Special Event - Heli Landing (Driving Range) (Driving Range closed from 12:00-1:25 PM)
12:30 PM Helicopter Ride Contest (Driving Range)

1:30 PM Shotgun Start (Texas Scramble)
5:00 PM Post-golf Social Begins
6:45 PM Caribbean BBQ Dinner
7:15 PM Awards & Prizes
7:45 PM Putting Contest
DRESS-UP IS ENCOURAGED: Whether your team chooses a theme, matching outfits, tropical shirts, costumes, or simply bold colours, we encourage everyone to have fun with this. Creative team spirit is always a crowd favourite and may even earn your group a special prize. Don’t be shy!
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
SHOTGUN START
Please arrive at your assigned starting hole no later than 1:25 PM. The tournament will begin with an air horn at 1:30 PM sharp.
TEXAS SCRAMBLE
The tournament will be played in a Texas Scramble format.
✅ Every player tees off.
✅ The team selects the best shot.
✅ All players hit their next shot from that location.
✅ Continue this process until the ball is holed.
PACE OF PLAY
To keep the tournament moving smoothly for all players:
✅ Maximum of two putts per green
✅ If your team reaches nine strokes on a hole, please pick up and move on
✅ Please stay within one hole of the group ahead of you
✅ Teams may play from the 150-yard marker if needed to maintain pace
TEES
While it ultimately does not matter what tees you choose to play from, the following is encouraged:
✅ Experienced male golfers - white tees
✅ Inexperienced male golfers - green tees
✅ Experienced female golfers - green tees
✅ Inexperienced female golfers - yellow tees
